When the Maui Invitational first announced that the field of teams for the 2016 tourney would be headlined by the NORTH CAROLINA TARHEELS...we booked travel arrangements immediately! Chapel Hill and Maui in the spotlight...together...at the same time...this was our DESTINY! The rest was history. The Tarheels went on to capture the tournament title and solidified their place in the ranks of elite basketball teams for the season.
